Third, once the offers start to come in, you’ll need to understand how to review the offers and figure out who has given you the best offer and how to make counter offers to these offers.  You’ll also need to figure out who is a better potential buyer and with best chance of your home sale going through.

And lastly, after you accept an offer you need to go through escrow, transfer title, and take care of all that things necessary to complete the sale of the property.
